What is Holy (Blessed) Water?
Any water that someone consciously blesses with good intentions is blessed water. Water has memory, so the more it is blessed, the more powerful the effects. It is something that anyone can do, however someone who has done the 'Great Work' and has become a Priest/ess themselves has learnt how to more powerfully bless water. How is water blessed? A prayer or blessing is said over the water and special hand actions moved across the surface. You might wonder how chanting over water can effect it, well here are some examples of how you can see it for yourself. If you were to take a drum and put some salt on to it, and chant over the salt, you would find the salt forming different shapes. You can try this yourself with salt, make sure you project your voice well. You may well have heard of the experiments with water that Dr. Masaru Emoto did. Dr. Emoto developed a process in which he would freeze drops of water and take photographs of individual water crystals that formed. He found that like snowflakes, every water crystal is unique. But he learned much more than that. Dr. Emoto found that you could tell much about the nature of the water by photographing it in this way, and more importantly, that, as human beings, we can change the nature of water in many ways. Water truly does have powerful effects on us. He tested tap water from around the world and found that tap water does not form water crystals. Stagnant or polluted water does not form water crystals either, but forms unpleasant, deformed frozen structures. Rainwater, water from clean streams and rivers, water from glaciers, and water from holy places around the world form beautiful crystals when frozen. What are the benefits of Holy (Blessed) Water? When you know how much bad or good 'vibes' can effect water it becomes a big deal, and it will start to make sense as to why religious and spiritual people bless all their food and water before they consume it. Religious people have never been told why this is, or why Holy Water is so special, but they do know about its healing powers. They believe it is because God blesses it, however it is humans who effect it. If you were to bless your whole house with Holy Water by sprinkling it around you are bringing that good energy into your living space. If you add some to your bath water you are effecting positively all that negatively charged tap water that you are bathing in. We ourselves are made up of about 60-70% water. When you think about this you will then realise just why someone saying nasty things to you can effect you in a big way. Someone swearing at you and telling you they hate you will be making all your water crystals turn into distorted horrible shapes, but when someone says how much they love you and care about you, your water crystals will be forming beautiful snowflake shapes. Water is our emotions after all, it effects everything about us. Have you ever heard someone say 'I can feel it in my waters' and you never really thought about what they meant? Well we really do feel good and bad vibes within us. Drinking blessed water has amazing healing properties, so consider using it when you are ill. But some people put salt in their blessed water, make sure it is salt free, this isn't needed anyway. The reason salt is used is because salt can take away negative energy, however if you truly bless the water properly it isn't needed. How do I make some Blessed Water? First take some natural clean safe to drink water, or distil some tap water and then put it through a carbon filter, distilling the water resets it ready for your positive programming. The carbon filter keeps the water neutral and stops it going acid, which distilled water can do when air gets to it, so it is important if you are going to drink it. Next you can choose a chant to use and repeat it many times towards the water while holding your hands over it. It can be anything you want, for example: I love you, I bless you, OM. As long as the intention is also there, you project it and you are not just saying it, it will work. Within our Church and Order we have our own ways of doing this which is taught to all our Clergy when they become Priest/ess and know how to correctly project the powerful energy they learn how to create and direct.
