We are told that Mayan's took part in human sacrifice almost constantly. That they were stupid 'heathens' who didn't know any better. But who told us this? The Spanish Priests who went there and took over of course. The natives were seen as uncivilised, even though they were obviously highly intelligent spiritual people. They refused to convert to Christianity so they were killed, and myths about their old culture were told to justify the murder. We are told their society was destroyed by their blood lust and need for human sacrifice. Don't believe everything you are told, they say the same about anyone who isn't Christian.
The Mayans also had a lot of gold, but they didn't want to give this up to the 'Church' so they were brutally murdered for it. A Visit to Chichen Itza gives us an idea of just how sophisticated these people were. The Temple of Kukulkan is a massive pyramid shape, and its construction encodes detailed information about the sophisticated Mayan calendar. The Observatory is a building from which Mayan astronomers plotted the movements of the planets, the sun and the moon. At the Ball Court highly trained Mayan athletes engaged in competitive sporting events. The Temple of a Thousand Columns once housed an outdoor market for Mayan people to meet, shop and sell their wares. The beautiful designs on another building called The Nunnery with Its frescoes and engravings are a testament to the artistic achievements of the Mayans. A set of shell-shaped stones produce melodic tones when tapped with a stick. The Mayans were clearly accomplished musicians. The Ball Court also offered a stunning example of Mayan acoustical technology. A whisper at one end of the site could easily be heard by someone standing 545 feet away at the opposite end. Most appalling of all is that the Spanish Priests anxious to cover their tracks, and remove all evidence of the truth about these amazing people, burnt all their records, teachings and spiritual scripts. The only bits left aren't enough for us to decode the hieroglyphics and find out more about their culture. Some of us carry their secrets with us in our genetic memories, and although many lies have been told, our hearts know the truth. It isn't Christians who are our enemy, they are just misguided. Most of them don't even have any kind of clue about the real teachings that Jesus and Mary Magadalene were trying to pass on. You have to look to the Gnostics for that. The Roman Catholic Church, now they don't have much of anything good about them. Pre-Nicene Christianity has some, especially Esoteric Christianity. ..
